Information re Grand Mark Lodge 12th June 2012

 

Brethren please see below a communication regarding Grand Mark Lodge, i hope to see you there.

Dear Provincial / District Grand Masters, Provincial / District Grand Secretaries, Lodge Secretaries
 
Please find attached the Registration and Dining form for the annual investiture meeting of Mark Grand Lodge. This will be held at Freemasons Hall Great Queen Street on the 12th June, 2012. The meeting will commence at 3.00 pm, with dining commencing around 6 and finishing around 7.30.
 
It is the Pro Grand Masters wish that as many Mark Masons as possible attend the meeting. For clarification any Mark Mason of any rank is eligible to attend and can return the registration form to me, they do not need a Grand Officer to book them in.
 
The Summons and Minutes will be dispatched in the normal way in due course.
 
Please could you distribute this form to all members of your Provinces, Districts and Lodges. I am happy to receive applications via E Mail or post, but must request that all applications are received by the 1st June, 2012. Multiple bookings will be charged as such and any payments will be cashed.
